No one would know that you, the one who looks like they have it all together, can barely get out of bed on some days, and struggles with bouts of depression. No one would know how hard you are on yourself, and that the kindness you offer to others, feels so far from what you have to offer yourself.

Although the focus of my practice is working with people who identify as female, I enjoy working with, and welcome people of all genders to my practice.
